DESCRIPTION: It is a liquid acidic cleaning product consisting of a mixture of inorganic acids used in the food industry and containing special inhibitors. The advantages of the product; It does not form nitrogen oxide gases in concentrated product. It easily dissolves the residue of milk stone and water hardness accumulated on the glass and bottle. It completely removes oil, protein and yeast residues. In CIP systems, long-term operation is possible by adjusting the conductivity and concentration.
AREAS OF USE: The product is used for cleaning pasteurizer, separator, stainless steel tanks and lines. It is not used for cleaning materials such as aluminum, brass and copper.
QUANTITY OF USE AND METHOD: Cleaning is generally done periodically with acidic and alkaline materials. The product is circulated for 20-25 minutes at 1-2% concentration, at 60 ° C, at 0.5-1.0% concentration in non-recyclable places, such as CIP system. It is used in seperator and tank cleaning at a concentration of 0.5-1.0% for 15-20 minutes. The ideal solution temperature should be higher than 60 ° C. Rinse with cold water before and after cleaning.
ATTENTION OF THE CONSUMER: Please read the instructions for use. Wear gloves while using. Causes burns. Keep it away from children. Do not mix with another product or substance. Keep away from foodstuffs. After the packaging is completely emptied, send it to the recycling process. Do not use in cleaning hands, face and food. Use appropriate protective clothing, protective gloves, protective mask / goggles when working. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the patient is conscious).
