PHOSPHORIC ACID BASED CIP CLEANING PRODUCT FOR CLOSED SYSTEMS
DESCRIPTION: It is a phosphoric acid-based liquid acidic cleaning product consisting of a mixture of inorganic and organic acids used in closed circuit (CIP) cleaning in the food industry. The advantages of the product; foam controlled. Milk stone and water hardness residues, oil, protein, lime, etc. removes residue safely and easily. It is easy to rinse and no need for an extra chemical. In CIP systems, long-term operation is possible by adjusting the conductivity and concentration.
AREAS OF USE: The product is used safely in the food industry for pasteurizer, separator, stainless steel tanks and lines.
QUANTITY OF USE AND METHOD: Cleaning is generally done periodically with acidic and alkaline materials. In the system with alkaline cleaning and rinsing thoroughly, the HYGIENE 260 at a concentration of 0.5-2% is circulated for 20-25 minutes. After cleaning, rinse with cold water.

Keep away from foodstuffs. Do not use in cleaning hands, face and food. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the patient is conscious).
WARNING: Do not use with other products (containing chlorine and alkaline substances). It may release dangerous gases. Do not use on aluminum and soft metals.
