FECTANT

FECTANT is a special product used for disinfection of all hard surfaces ready for use in industrial kitchens. Because it is alcohol based, it dries quickly and does not leave any residue on the surface. It cleans and gives shine without scratching the surface, providing fast and effective disinfection, provides a safe hygiene against a wide range of microorganisms. It does not require rinsing.

USAGE: The surface cleaned with kitchen group products is rinsed with plenty of water. FECTANT is applied on clean surface. It is waited for 2-5 minutes to dry. In order to rinse the surfaces directly in contact with food, it is wiped with a cloth or disposable paper towel dipped in clean water.
